1. Poor installation , placed inside a cabinet with no or little ventilation.

2. No water flow, bad pump.

3. Low water flow ,wrong size pump.

4. Miss handling, dropping unit or not sitting level.

5. Poor air flow, dirty condenser coil, dusty or lint area, (cloths dryer)

6. Water is full of debris (sand/coral) filling up heat exchanger .

7. Power surges /short brownouts, lightning.

8. Extension cords, low power factor, low amperage.

9. Bent probes or bent and broke pipes, (drop in chillers)

10. Salt water leaks internal or external. Salt water chemistry imbalance.
